Secrets for beautiful skin

We all want to have a beautiful and glowing skin, but practically this task looks very challenging, but is flawless skin really too much to ask for? Winters lead to dry skin, staying up late night leads to dark circles, even sometimes when we go for an event, we have developed a pimple in advance, so how possibly can we get rid of all these problems. We often try new face-washes, sun screen, anti aging lotion and moisturizers but eventually nothing seem to change, so we developed a list of do's, which can evade all of your skin problems.

The first step is to sleep well, one must try sleeping 8 hours a day, as sleeping is like a recharge for your body and if you don't get a good night's sleep then your skin will be tired just like you. When you wake up in the morning you should apply honey on your face thrice a week, this will bring out a natural glow on your face.

Drinking water is equally essential, drinking 8 glasses a day can fulfill your daily hydration
requirements. Along with drinking water, you also need to eat fruits and veges which are high in water concentration, for example, water melon, cucumber, orange and strawberry. Talking about water, the water from which you wash your face with; must be warm, as warm water opens the pores on your face and lets the dirt to wash away, it's recommend that you wash your face with warm water 3 times a day to get desired results.
Do try to develop healthy habits, try avoiding stress as much as you can, as people who take stress a lot, develop wrinkles on their faces and stress also tends to produce a hormone in your body which releases oil on your skin, making it more oily. To manage stress you should focus on breathing exercises, yoga and mediation, the more you mediate the more you radiate.
