DO's & DON'Ts Of WINTERS

Winter season is indeed most beautiful yet toughest season. There is no doubt that winter shows perfect blend of the beauty and weather yet there are certain do's and don'ts that most of us actually ignore during winters and cannot enjoy the season to the fullest. These include:

  • Drink lots of fluid 
fight winter dehydration and eliminate the concept that lots of fluid is only a need of summers because in winters the intake of hot drinks which contain caffeine increases and caffeine dehydrates body.

  • Exercise regularly:
Regular exercise can  help you keep yourself warm avoid winter weight gain and helps in good blood circulation.

  • Regular hand wash:
In winters regular hand wash helps in avoiding flu.

  • Eat more fiber:
it decrease inflammation and boost the immune system. it also helps in dissolving the cholesterol and avoiding weight gain in winter.

  • Don't forget t moisturize:       
 winter winds makes everything from head to toe dry  and scaly so dont forget to moisturize with thick moisturizer.

  • Don't overlook sunscreen:
summer is not the only time to be worried about the sun damage on the skin winters can also cause this; so dermatologist recommend wearing the sunscreen in winters as well.
